Setting Suns Slots is a pretty basic three reel slots machine. The designers decided not to offer anything in the form of bonus features or special symbols on this machine. I personally didn't think this worked to their advantage though as it resulted in a game that got pretty old fairly quickly. The firs thing I noticed about this machine were the symbols. I liked the number of symbols that the designers decided to included on this machine but I really wish they wouldn't have added symbols onto the reels that had no winning value. This seemed to only take up space and it could become pretty annoying seeing the same old symbols come up time and time again without being to use them in any way. I also like what they did with the sun symbols as they could really lead to some big wins. The graphics were only good in the sense that they prevented any glitches in the game play and any additional loading screens after things were underway. The sound effects were nothing special and I made quick use of the mute button seeing as I didn't think they affected the game play in any significant manner.

The betting options on Setting Suns Slots were very impressive for how simple everything else was. There was only one pay line offered but there were ways made available for you to win on spots that weren't on that pay line which helped out the winning percentages a lot. The betting range was absolutely excellent and players could spin the reels for as little as a dime or for as much as fifty dollars. This is sure to meet the needs of almost all players especially when considering how simple the design of the machine is. I also really liked the fact that there five different coins that players could bet on any given spin. This really served to improve the flexibility players had as to how much money they wanted to spend.

Overall, I thought this was a pretty solid slots machine but nothing crazy. I liked the fact that the designers took care of all the small things necessary to make a good slots. They failed, though, to add anything that is going to keep players interested for long periods of time. So I guess if you are looking for a really simple machine then this is the slots for you.
