Pay Dirt Slots

Pay Dirt Slots is a pretty simply designed three reel progressive jackpot slots machine. There really isn't anything all that new or innovative on this machine as far as bonus feature or special symbols are concerned. The designers created a very simple three reel slots machine and then included a progressive jackpot as a means to keep players interested, and playing, for extended periods of time. I think that this was effective only if you are a big fan of progressive jackpots. The first thing I noticed about this machine were the betting options which I was a little disappointed with. There just wasn't a lot of flexibility offered to players as to how much money they could spend. The betting range was very small as the minimum bet possible was a dollar and the maximum bet was three dollars. This is really going to make this machine inaccessible to many players. I initially liked what the designers did with the symbols until I noticed that they also decided to included a lot of meaningless symbols on the reels that had no winning value. This really served to drag down the overall winning percentages to, in my opinion, unacceptable levels. The graphics were good only in the sense that I never ran into any type of glitch or additional loading screen once things were underway.

Pay Dirt Slots Progressive Jackpot

The progressive jackpot offered on Pay Dirt Slots is what the designers placed most of the emphasis of the machine on. This really didn't do it for me but I know that a lot of slot players are addicted to the idea of the huge payout, and this machine can definitely offer that to you. The progressive jackpot was only made available at a maximum bet of three dollars, which is pretty steep if you plan on playing for extended periods of time. The jackpot was won when three money in the hand symbols were obtained on the pay line at the same time. In the meantime there really wasn't a lot offered that was intended to hold you attention.

Overall, this slots machine just didn't do it for me. I don't like the concept of playing a slots machine just for a feature that only happens once in a blue moon. It would be a different story if the designers had added some additional features to keep my attention in the meantime. I did like the fact that they included an auto play feature on this machine though as it kind of eliminated this problem if you were just gunning for the jackpot. Be careful though as you bank roll can quickly dissipate at three dollars a spin.
