Mega Money Mine Slots is a classically inspired three reel progressive jackpot slots machine. To me, the only reason to play this slots machine is if you're gunning for that progressive jackpot. Outside of that the designers really didn't add a lot of incentive for excitement but I know that some players are just hooked on that big payout. The first thing I noticed about this machine were the symbols. I really liked the fact that the designers decided to include a large variety of symbols on this machine as this kept things from getting momentous and repetitive too quickly, which is a problem a lot of three reel slot machines suffer from. The betting options were pretty limited on this machine and players really didn't have a lot of flexibility as to how much money they could spend. The betting range was very small and the reels could be spin at a minimum for 1.50 or at a maximum of 4.50. This means that this machine really isn't going to be accessible to a wide variety of players; only the players looking to bet in that very limited range. There was also only one pay line available to bet on which proved to be somewhat of a problem considering the large volume of symbols made available.

They were banking on this feature to bring enough excitement to the table to keep players interested for long periods of time. This is effective only if jackpots are you kind of thing. The progressive jackpot was only available to be won if you bet the maximum of three coins, or a 4.50 bet, which is pretty steep. The jackpot was won whenever three mega money mine symbols were obtained on the pay line. Personally, I thought that these requirements were a little steep for my likings but the jackpot did get up to some pretty large values.

Overall, I thought this was a decent slots machine but it had just too narrow of a target audience. It is very specific only to those who are looking for that big payoff. I liked the fact that the designers included an auto play feature especially if the progressive jackpot is all you are interested in. I would caution players to be careful though as the auto play feature can really eat away at you bank roll at 4.50 a spin.
