This is a very cool looking slots machine. I am really starting to appreciate the graphics that the designers at Rivals Gaming bring too the table. They are by far the coolest looking machines I have yet to come across, no question about it. The first thing I noticed though were how many symbols there were. Sometimes complex machines can pull of a lot of symbols by making them all very distinct and making it so that the special symbols are really easy to identify. That wasn't the case on this machine. I really had a hard time differentiating the symbols and I got them mixed up a lot. I also would have liked it if you could have made larger bets. The machine did an excellent job of taking care of the bottom end bets, you could spin the reel for as little as a penny, but the max bet that could be made was only twenty dollars which isn't all that great for a twenty line, ten coin machine. I really wasn't all that excited about the sounds either. They didn't really provide the scary background music that the designers were probably aiming for. They actually just got really annoying and repetitive and if it weren't for the mute button I don't think I would have been able to play this machine for more than ten minutes.

Scary Rich Slots Wild Symbol

The wild symbol for Scary Rich Slots was a picture of a vampire. It appeared on every reel and could be used to substitute for any other symbol in the game other than the scatter symbol. The thing I really liked about this machine was that whenever it was used to complete a winning combination the prize awarded was automatically doubled. This really made this a symbol worth rooting for but the only problem was that it was pretty hard to pick it out of all the other symbols. This had the effect of slowing the game play down and making it a little less exciting.

Scary Rich Slots Scatter Symbol

A picture of Frankenstein served as the scatter symbol for Scary Rich Slots. Basically, this symbol was used to activate the Expanding Wilds Free Spin Feature. This was activated whenever three or more of the scatter symbols appeared anywhere on the screen together at the same time. This awarded ten free spins during which the wild symbols were restricted to the first three reels. This wasn't so bad though because whenever a wild symbol showed up it automatically replaced the whole reel giving players an excellent chance to win during this time. The wild symbols also offered increasingly larger prize multipliers depending on how many showed up. If one showed up the prize was doubled, if two showed up the prize was tripled, and if three showed up the prize was increased by four times. This was a pretty well executed wild symbol and I came away with some huge prizes after activating it. The only problem I had was similar to the wild symbol in that it was a little hard to identify.

Overall, this is a pretty well done slot and it would have been a great slot if they would have taken more time with the symbols. They didn't try to overdue things and the features were good enough to encourage me to return to this machine. I would recommend this to players of any experience level with a good eye for picking out symbols.
