I thought that The Big Heist Slots was a pretty solid standard slots machine. I personally don't prefer to play three reel, one line slots but if I were going to do so, I think this would be the one to do it with, especially if I was playing on a budget. You can only play a maximum of fifteen cents per bet so a little bit of money can really go a long way. Sometimes you just want to get in on some slot action without risking the chance of breaking the bank. Another thing I liked were the symbols. They were very clear to understand and identify and they also related to the theme very well.

The sounds were really nothing special in this game and that's probably because there just weren't that many of them. I thought that they did a good job of spicing up a pretty simple layout. This was done through the use of a special symbol and bonus prizes.

This slots machine brought two pretty cool features to the table that did a nice job of making a simple game pretty exciting and fun. The first of these features was the use of a special "lock" symbol. Basically, whenever one of these symbols appears on the betting line, it is added to a lock symbol counter. When this counter reaches fifty you have cracked the safe and a bonus prize is awarded. If three of these symbols appear on the betting line at the same time then a random prize is awarded and that prize is then multiplied by ten times. This was a pretty cool bonus feature that really got me excited every time one of these little lock symbols showed up. The other feature that was offered was a progressive jackpot that was awarded when three badge symbols showed up. The only problem was that there was no ticker on the machine to let you know how big the jackpot was. This is a motivating factor that keeps me playing, aspiring to obtain it and its absence was felt.

Overall, this was a machine that I actually enjoyed playing. This was probably due to the fact that you could play this slot for so little and due to the countdown to you bonus prize. The bonus prize though wasn't all that hard to reach though considering you only had to pay a minimum of five cents per spin. I would suggest this slots machine to anyone who is playing on a budge and is looking for a solid, simple slot.
