One thing I thought this lot should have done was add an extra symbol to award the progressive jackpot. They only appear on reels one, three, and five and can be used to substitute for any other symbol besides the scatter symbol. Though I prefer that my wild symbols be available on all reels, I did like the fact that they doubled the prizes awarded. This makes the wild symbol something worth rooting for.

A picture of a lion's den serves as the scatter symbol for Lions Lair Slots. Whenever two or more of these symbols appear anywhere on the screen at once a prize is awarded. This slot was somewhat unique because the scatter symbols only appeared on reels two, three, and four. When scatter symbols appeared on all these reels at once, a bonus feature was initiated. When this happened players were automatically awarded 12 free games. During the free games prizes are multiplied by two for the first four spins, by three in next four spins, and five during the last four spins. This wasn't a very original idea for a bonus game and I also felt like it was really hard to obtain which detracts from the potential excitement a slot can have.

Overall, this is a fairly bland slots machine. Though I don't like it when designers try to overdue things, I do ask they include enough features and little details to keep me interested and playing for extended periods of time. I would only recommend this slots machine to inexperienced players that were just starting to play some of the more advanced slots available.
