Treasure Of The Deeps Slots is a very basic layout for a five reel slots machine. The designers dished up some very classic and tried and true features that most experienced players will be very familiar with. With all of this in mind I thought that the designers did a few good things and a few things that could have been made better. The first thing I noticed about this machine was the fact that the betting options were pretty well done but not great. The betting range was more than sufficient and players could spin the reels for as little as a penny or for as much as ninety dollars. This is a betting range that will make this machine very accessible to a wide variety of different pay rolls. There were only nine pay lines available on this machine and I say only because I thought the game could have benefited from the addition of a few more which would have increased the overall winning percentages making the game more engaging. This wasn't helped either by the fact that there was a pretty large number of different symbols being used on this machine. Overall, though, I did like this symbols that were offered as I thought they were all very unique from one another and I never ran into any problems confusing them with one another which made the game run much smoother.

This symbol only appeared on reels two three and four and could be used to substitute for any symbol in the game other than the scatter symbols. The really cool part about this symbol, though, was that it was also used to award a free spins bonus feature. A random number of free spins was awarded whenever three wild symbols appeared anywhere on the screen together at once. Though I really would have liked it more if this symbol appeared on every reel, as it would have helped the winning percentages, I thought that the addition of the bonus spin feature really made up for this.

This symbol appeared on every reel and was used to award a prize whenever two or more appeared anywhere on the screen together at the same time. I was really disappointed with this scatter symbol. To me it just felt like every other symbol being offered in this game and I didn't think it had any impact on the overall excitement level of the game. The symbol was just asking for the addition of some other feature to really set it apart from all the other normal symbols.

Overall, I thought this was a decent slots machine but nothing to go crazy about. I really think that the designers should think about redoing the scatter symbol so that there is another solid feature on this machine to compliment the solid wild symbol they included. This would have added a whole new element of excitement and given players a reason to play this machine for extended periods of time.
