Silver City Slots is a pretty generic five reel slots machine. There really wasn't anything offered in the form of new or innovative features and I thought that some of the features they did decide to included could have been done a little better. The first thing I noticed about this slots machine were the symbols. I actually really liked the way the designers did the symbols on this machine. I never ran into any kind of problem confusing the symbols with one another and I thought that the special symbols really stood out. Both of these factors led to a game that played very smoothly which made the game much more exciting. The betting options offered on this machine were nothing spectacular but I did think they were good enough to make this a very accessible slots machine. The betting range was absolutely huge on this machine and players could spin the reels for as little as a penny or for as much as 450 dollars. I can't imaginer there being more than just a handful of players for which this is not sufficient. There were only nine pay lines available for players to bet on before any given spin. This wasn't great but I thought that it was enough to ensure at least a subsistent winning percentage.

Silver City Slots Wild Symbol

The wild symbol offered on Silver City Slots was a picture of an blonde haired actress. This symbol on appeared on reels two and four and could be used to substitute for any symbol in the game other than the scatter symbol. I really wasn't crazy about the fact that this symbol only appeared on three reels but I thought the designers helped to make up for this shortcoming nicely by also making this symbol a prize multiplier. Whenever this symbol was used as part of a winning combination the prize was automatically tripled. This really gave players incentive to really root for this symbol and to get excited about it.

Silver City Slots Scatter Symbol

A picture of a Hollywood star served as the scatter symbol on Silver City Slots. This symbol appeared on every reel and was used to award a prize whenever two or more appeared anywhere on the screen together at the same time. I thought this was just way to simple of a concept for this scatter symbol. When playing this machine this symbol did no stand out at all and it really felt like it was just another symbol. I think it's really important to include at least one feature with the scatter symbol are it is sure to run into this problem every time.

Overall, I thought this was a slightly below average slots machine. There was just nothing special about it and it really didn't stand out in my mind from the rest of the other slot machines that are very similar to it. I really didn't like the fact that the scatter symbol was left so simple as I felt like the game really needed a solid additional feature to compliment the well done wild symbol.
