Golden Gopher Slots is an incredibly simple three reel slots machine. Everything about this machine was kept very simple from the graphics to the bonus features the designers decided to included. I think this was mainly meant to be a slots machine for beginning players or for players who just like completely mindless slots machines which are nice to play from time to time. The first thing I noticed about this slots machine were the betting options which, surprise surprise, were kept very simple but were more than adequate. There were five different pay lines for players to bet on which were more than sufficient to provide for a solid overall winning percentage on a machine with only three reels and few symbols. The betting range was actually surprisingly large for how simple everything was. The reels could be spun for as little as a penny or for as much as fifty dollars. I can't imagine anyone betting that much money on a machine this simple. The symbols were pretty well done on this machine as well. I liked the fact that the designers included a lot of symbol son this machine because it helped prevent things from getting repetitive and monotonous too quickly which is a problem that many three reel slots suffer from.

The wild symbol offered on Golden Gopher Slots was a picture of, you guessed it, a gopher. This symbol only appeared on reel two and could be used to substitute for any symbol in the game. This was a really basic wild symbol and I thought they definitely could have done more with this symbol. Despite this it did have a rather large impact on the game and really stood out because everything else was kept so simple.
Overall, I thought this was a solid slots machine for what it was designed to be. This isn't really a slots machine I would choose to play on my free time but that's just because I'm really not into these simple kind of machines. If you just starting out with online slot machines though, or you just really like mindless games, then this could be the machine for you.
