The first thing I noticed about this slots machine is that there is one type of symbol, and this type is the varied use of the bar symbol. I didn't really like this about this slot because I really prefer a lot of different and unique symbols on my machines. The sounds and graphics were really nothing all that special either and there wasn't really anything about them that made the game better in any noticeable way. The betting options were pretty solid on this machine. The reels could be spun for as little as a dime or for as much as ten dollars.

The first special feature on this machine is a known as the "nudge" feature. This feature basically allows a player to move a reel up or down a spot to complete a winning combination. If you got four nudges at once this meant that you were almost guaranteed a win. This feature was also improved by the fact that you could peak two spaces above on the reel to see the symbols that were out of sight so you could plan for a winning combination. The other special feature available was known as a "hold" feature. This allowed players to hold up to three symbols in place, though in my opinion it only made sense to hold two. This feature really didn't guarantee a win but it really increased a player's chance of winning if they could hold two of the same symbols in place.

The bonus game was activated whenever three or more bar symbols, of any size, were obtained on the pay line at once on three consecutive spins. When this happened the Cash Ladder Game Show bonus game was activated. During this game a meter went up and down and you had to try and press the stop button when the meter was filled all the way up. Player's were then awarded a multiple of their bet that was dependant on where the meter stopped. This was a cool feature because it really made players feel like they were in control of their bonus prize and it could really lead to some huge prizes if you pressed the stop button when the meter was full.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by this machine. I thought it was going to be a really boring and simple machine at first glance but I was proven wrong. This machine really did a nice job by adding some really original features that I really made the game much more exciting. I would recommend this machine to anyone who really likes bar symbols or is looking for some pretty cool and original features.
