I have to admit I was a little confused about this slots machine. It's not that they included a lot of confusing features or cumbersome bonus games, it's that it is the same exact same slots machine as Thunderstruck-High Limit Slots. They only changed one thing and that was the fact that instead of a quarter being the lowest coin value on this machine the lowest coin value was a penny. You explain to me why they even took the time to make a different machine and I would really appreciate it. So, I guess I'm sorry if any of this sounds repetitive because, well, what do you expect. The first thing I noticed about this machine were the symbols. I thought they were designed fairly well and there were some cool symbols that I really liked. They also did a nice job of being simple and the symbols were all unique enough that I rarely confused any of them with each other. They included regular playing card symbols, nine through ace, and an assortment of lightning inspired symbols that included, among others, a lightning bold, a horn, and a castle with lightning behind it. The graphics were very well done as well and I never experienced any glitches or prolonged loading screens that slowed down the action. The sounds were really nothing all that special but they weren't annoying either, as they are on so many other machines. The betting options were solid on this machine but nothing to write home about. Players could spend as little as a penny a spin or as much as 45 dollars. There were also nine different pay lines that players could bet on, but this too is nothing all that great.

Thunderstruck Slots Wild Symbol

The wild symbol for Thunderstruck Slots was a picture of Thor. I thought this was a very well done wild symbol. It appeared on every reel and could be used to substitute for any symbol in the game other than the scatter symbol. The reason I liked this wild symbol so much though was because whenever it was used in as part of a winning combination the prize awarded was automatically doubled. This really made this symbol something worth rooting for and led to some consistent, sizeable awards.

I really liked the scatter symbol on this machine as well. The scatter symbol for Thunderstruck Slots was a picture of two purple rams. Don't ask. This symbol appeared on every reel and awarded a prize whenever two or more of them appeared anywhere on the screen together. The really cool part about this symbol though took place whenever three or more of these symbols appeared anywhere on the screen together. When this happened fifteen free games were automatically awarded during which all prizes awarded were automatically tripled. This was such a cool bonus feature because it was easy to obtain and it really led to a lot of big wins.

Overall, this is a very solid and exciting slots machine. They just executed all their features very well. I really appreciated that and the features that were there really led to some nice wins when I was playing. I would suggest this machine to anyone who isn't really looking for anything over the top but just some solid five reel sloting action.
