So maybe you thought the same thing I thought when you saw the title of this machine. And if you're like me, you were wrong. The high life in the mind of these designers is that of the rich and the famous. This slots machine is decent play but I didn't think it was anything all that special. The first thing I noticed about this machine were the symbols. They were actually pretty well done because there were a lot of them but they really didn't get confusing or cumbersome. The symbols included regular playing card symbols, nine through ace, and an assortment of high roller symbols that included, among others, a diamond, a yacht, and a glass of champagne. I also liked the fact that the special symbols stood out nicely and were easy to identify quickly. The betting options were absolutely excellent on this machine. The betting range was as large as a player can expect to ever find. Players could spin the reel for as little as penny or for as much as 200 dollars. They also had the option to bet on up to twenty different pay lines on any given spin. This really increased players chances of winning on any given spin. The sounds were below average. The background noise was tolerable but I thought that some of the sound effects got very annoying after only a short period of time.

The High Life Slots Wild Symbol

I really did not like the wild symbol on this machine. The wild symbol for The High Life Slots was a picture of a mansion. This symbol only appeared on reels two and four and could be used to substitute for any symbol in the game other than the scatter symbol. I thought this was a very lame slots machine. There was just no reason to root for this symbol. It just didn't really have a large impact on the game because it only appeared on two reels. I actually thought they should have just left this symbol out of the game if they were going to do it this way.

The High Life Slots Scatter Symbol

The scatter symbol for High Life Slots was a picture of a corvette. This symbol appeared on ever reel and awarded a prize whenever two or more of them appeared anywhere on the screen together. The really cool part about this machine took place whenever three or more of these symbols appeared anywhere on the screen together. When this happened ten free spins were automatically awarded during which all prizes won were automatically doubled. This wasn't a great scatter symbol, they could have tripled the prizes easily, but it was by far the best feature offered on this machine and it was really the only symbol worth rooting for.

Overall, this slots machine just didn't do it for me. It wasn't that they didn't include enough bonus features it was that they just didn't execute the bonus features they included well. They could have easily added just a few more features to the special symbols that would have served to make the game much more exciting and engaging. I really wouldn't recommend this machine to anyone as I think players could easily find a much more exciting machine to spend their time and money on.
