Off The Hook Slots is a very strait forward three reel slots machine. I thought it did an effective job of offering the feel of a classically designed slots machine. The firs thing I noticed about this machine were the symbols. While I thought they could have added a few more symbols to the mix, to keep things from getting repetitive too quickly, they did offer more symbols than most three reel slots machine and this really led to me playing for a longer time than I would have otherwise. The symbols included raspberries, a fishing lure, bar symbols, and a fish. The betting options were just average on this machine for me. Players could spin the reels for as little as a quarter or for as much as 15 dollars. There was also only one available pay line which I think was used to keep things oriented towards the classical theme. The graphics were decent on Off The Hook Slots and I appreciated the fact that I never ran into any glitches in the game play or had to wait for any prolonged waiting screens. I actually kind of liked the background noise that was offered on this machine. I thought it was very relaxing and related the theme nicely.

The wild symbol on Off The Hook Slots was a picture of a bass jumping out of the water. This symbol appeared on every reel and could be used to substitute for any symbol in the game. The great part about this wild symbol, though, was that it also served as a prize multiplier. If one of the symbols appeared in a winning combination then the prize was automatically doubled and if two symbols were used the prize was multiplied by four. This symbol really added a lot of excitement to otherwise basic design. Things got really excited when the bass began to pile up.

Overall, this is just a very solid slot machine. It didn't offer anything special as far as features or special symbols are concerned but it wasn't trying to. It just wanted to offer a slot machine with a very classic feel that players could come to when they didn't want to be overwhelmed as so often happens on many machines. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking for just that.
