Wizard's Lair Slots bring to life the realm of the dark side of magic. I thought that for a machine that was so simply designed that the designers really did a very nice job of bringing the theme to life. I think there's a lot to be said about creating a really cool feeling slots machine. Not only does it look cool but it really helps make the game much more engaging and I think that in turn makes a slots machine more exciting. Other than the theme created on this machine there really wasn't much else that was all that spectacular. I did think that everything was executed very well there just weren't a lot of features included on this machine to really infuse a lot of exciting and winning power. The first thing I noticed about this slots machine were the symbols. I thought the designers really included the perfect amount of symbols on this machine. There weren't so many as to make the game overwhelming to players or to drag down the winning percentages to unacceptable levels but there were enough to help prevent things from getting boring and repetitive too quickly.

The betting options were kept very tame on this machine but I really didn't think they needed to be anything special considering how simple the machine was. The betting range was of sufficient size as the reels could be played for as little as a penny or for as much as fifteen dollars. This won't appeal to the extreme betting options, both low or high, but for those in the middle it should be more than sufficient. There were also three different pay lines included on this machine that players could bet on. I thought that considering how the designers included a very healthy number of symbols on this machine that it was really necessary for the designers to included more than one pay line to ensure satisfactory winning percentages.

Overall, I though this was a very well executed slots machine. It had a professional feel to it and you could tell that the designers of this machine have definitely had their practice in creating good slots machine. I really don't think the machine was meant to keep your interest for extended period of time but if your looking for a nice simple quick play then this may be the machine for you.
