Goooaal Slots is a pretty advanced and well executed five reel slots machine. The designers took some very traditional slot machine bonus features and put their own little twist on them to produce a very fun and exciting game. The first thing I noticed about this slots machine were the betting options which were targeted primarily at those with smaller bank rolls. The bank roll was set pretty low as the reels could be spun at a minimum of a penny and at a maximum of 6.75. There were also nine different pay lines available for players to bet on but I thought the game really could have used more as there were a lot of different symbols being used and only nine pay lines didn't produce a winning percentage that assured constant winning action. A gamble feature was also made available on this machine. This feature was activated by pressing the gamble button after any winning spin. When you did this you were taken to a different screen where you had to guess either the color or the suit of the next card to appear on the screen. If you guessed the color correctly then you prize was automatically doubled and if you guessed the suit correctly you prize was automatically quadrupled. Of course, if you guessed either incorrectly you automatically forfeited all your winnings for that spin.

The wild symbol offered on Goooaal Slots was a picture of the FIFA world cup. This symbol appeared on every reel and could be used to substitute for any symbol in the game other than the scatter and bonus symbols. I liked the fact that this symbol appeared on every reel because it did help bring up the overall winning percentages, which I thought the game needed. My favorite part about this symbol though was that it also served as a prize multiplier. Whenever a wild symbol was used as part of a winning combination the prize awarded was automatically doubled. I liked this addition because it really added another dimension to the wild symbol and gave players a legit reason to get excited about it.

A picture of a soccer ball served as the scatter symbol on Goooaal Slots. This symbol appeared on every reel and was used to award a prize whenever two or more appeared anywhere on the screen together at the same time. More importantly though, this symbol was also used to award a free spin bonus feature. If three appeared anywhere on the screen then one free spin was awarded, if four appeared then three were awarded and if five appeared then three free spins were awarded. This may seem pretty lame but the designers also made it so that all the prizes won during the free spin were automatically multiplied by five. I really wasn't too crazy about the way they did the free spin bonus feature. I thought it wasn't that effective because it was guaranteed to lead to big prizes and only really paid off once in a great while

The bonus game offered on Goooaal Slots was activated whenever three or more bonus symbol appeared anywhere on the screen together at the same time. The bonus symbols appeared on every reel and was a picture of a foot kicking a ball. When the bonus game was activated players were taken to a different screen where they had to try to score goals. You simply clicked on a place to kick the ball and then were awarded a random prize if you made it. I thought this was a very cool bonus game because basically it was just a lot of fun. It also usually led to some pretty big prizes which is always a plus.

Overall, I thought this was a solid slots machine but nothing spectacular. The designers did try to incorporate their own spin on some very traditional features but I didn't think it always worked out on this machine, especially with the free spin bonus feature. I did think that the well done wild symbol and bonus game did help make up for this though and were effective in bringing a lot of excitement to the overall gaming experience.
