Bank Heist Slots is a very solid five reel slots machine that employed some very traditional features and special symbols. Most experienced players will be very familiar with what the designers were trying to on this machine. Nonetheless I still thought this was a very engaging and fun slots machine to play. The first thing I noticed about this machine were the symbols. I liked the symbols on Bank Heist Slots for two reasons. The first reason was that all the symbols were very unique from one another and this made it so that it was very hard to confuse them with one another. Secondly, I thought it was very easy to identify the special symbols right away and this made the game more exciting because you knew when you were on the verge of a big win. This machine also offered a gamble feature. After any win you could gamble you winnings in an attempt for my money by pressing the game button. When you did this you had to guess the suit or the color of the card that was to be flipped over. If you guessed the color right you prize was doubled and if you guessed the suit correctly your prize was automatically quadrupled. Yet, if you guessed incorrectly you lost all your winnings for that spin.

This symbol appeared on every reel and could be use to substitute for any symbol in the game other than the scatter and bonus symbol. I liked the fact that this symbol was made available on every reel because it really served to increase the overall winning percentages which made the game more engaging, and thusly, more exciting. I wish the designers would have added some other feature to this symbol though, such as a prize multiplier, as this would have given it a much bigger impact on the overall gaming experience.

I believe the symbols more important role, though, was in activating a bonus spin feature. Free spins were awarded whenever three or more scatter symbols appeared anywhere on the screen together. If three appeared then ten free games were awarded, if four appeared then fifteen free games were awarded, and if five scatter symbols appeared then 25 free games were awarded. I thought this was a pretty cool bonus feature because it was really easy to obtain which meant you had a lot of free spins to use which is where you can really rack up the winnings.

The bonus game on Bank Heist Slots was activated whenever three or more bonus symbol appeared anywhere on the screen together at the same time. The bonus symbol itself was a picture of a bag of money. This symbol appeared on every reel and in addition to activating the bonus game it also worked as a scatter symbol so that if two or more appeared it awarded a prize as well. When the bonus game was activated players were taken to a different screen where you went through different stages opening up bank safes. You started out with a certain amount of time and you had to find the prize among three safes. Every safe took up time and the game ended when you ran out of time or you opened all the safes with prizes in them. If you ended up opening up all the safes the prize you were awarded was automatically doubled. I thought this was a very cool bonus game because it was very engaging and if you completed it you were pretty much guaranteed a huge prize.

Overall, I thought this was a very solid slots machine. I loved the fact that the designers were able to strike a balance between adding a lot of features to the machine while still keeping it user friendly. This is something that most slots strive for but rarely accomplish. I also though the machine had a very professional feel to it and this was probably due in large part to the very well done graphics that were employed.
