It is included in the category because of the progressive jackpot that is used on this machine. This progressive jackpot on this machine doesn't really accumulate to the huge sizes most players are used to seen. Rather they still pretty low but are awarded much more often. The jackpot is awarded at random at the end of a paid spin. The more money you bet the better your chances of winning. I thought this was a pretty unique spin on a classic slots feature. I usually like it when a symbol is used to award a the jackpot but I think I'm coming around to this way of doing it because its much more obtainable. The symbols on this machine were pretty well done because I never ran into any problems mixing the symbols up with one another and the important symbols really stood out. The betting options were decent on this machine but not great. Players could bet on up to nine different pay lines on any given spin. This was a decent number of pay lines and it did serve to increase the overall winning percentages. The minimum bet required to spin the reels was a nickel and the maximum bet was 45 dollars. I really think I would have liked this betting range more if they had only moved the minimum bet down to a penny.

The wild symbol on Sirens Slots was a picture of a Greek man. This symbol appeared on every reel and could be used to substitute for any symbol in the game other than the scatter or siren symbols. This symbol really didn't have that much of an impact while I was playing the machine. It did improve the chances of winning, especially because it was available on every reel, but I thought that without any other feature added to it, it really wasn't all the exciting and I never really found myself rooting for it.

Siren Slots Scatter Symbol

Sirens Slots offered a very generic and simple scatter symbol. The symbol itself was a picture of an old Roman row boat. This symbol appeared on every reel and was used to award a prize whenever two or more appeared anywhere on the screen together. I had the same problem with this symbol as I had for the wild symbol; it was just too simple. I really thought this symbols would have greatly benefited had it been used along with some other feature. This would have put more emphasis on the symbol and given more impact on the game.

Sirens Slots Bonus Feature

This game used three special symbols to award free games on this machine. The symbols themselves were picture of "sirens" or women, each with a different color. These symbols only appeared on reels two, three, and four. Essentially their only purpose was to award free spins. Fifteen free games were awarded whenever three sirens appeared together on the middle three reels. The best part about these free games was that all the prizes won during this time were automatically doubled. I liked these free games and I felt like they often led to some big wins but I thought they were a little to hard to obtain to have the impact they should have had.

Overall, I thought this was a pretty fun machine. The designers added a lot of features to this machine which really served to keep me interested for a pretty long time. My only problem is that there was no one defining feature that really got me excited. Rather it was just a collection of pretty good features.
