La Fiesta Slots is a very strait forward and pretty simple slots machine. I really didn't find anything all that exciting about the features that the designers had decided to include. The first thing I noticed about this machine were the symbols that were made available. I liked them because they were done in a way that prevented me from ever confusing them with each other and I could immediately identify the special symbols whenever they appeared. The sounds were actually pretty good on this machine. I didn't really think that they improved the game play but I appreciated that fact that they did relate to the overall theme and I could with hold from using the mute button even after extended periods of playing. The graphics were decent on this machine. The visual design was nothing to go crazy about but the game did run very smoothly. The betting options were adequate on this machine but nothing great. The betting range was sufficient but I though that it could have been done better. The maximum bet allowed for any spin was 45 dollars and the minimum bet that a player could make was a dime. There were also nine different pay lines that players could bet on for any given spin. My main problem was that I didn't understand why they didn't make the minimum bet a penny. This would have made the machine a viable options for players who had really small bank rolls.

It appeared on every reel and could be used to substitute for any symbol in the game other than the scattered roses. This symbol served to both increase players winning percentages and could lead to some really nice prizes.

A picture of a red rose served as the scatter symbol for La Fiesta Slots. This symbol appeared on every reel and awarded a prize whenever two or more appeared anywhere on the screen together. The scatter symbol was also used to activate the bonus game. The bonus game was activated whenever three or more scatter symbols appeared anywhere on the reels together. When this happened players were taken to a different screen and basically had to click on all the boxes until three of a kind for a symbol was revealed. When this happened players were awarded the prize dictated by the pay table on the bonus screen. The number of times you could play this bonus game was generated randomly. I thought this was an alright game because it was easy to obtain but I thought that it was a little too simple and didn't inject the level of fun that it should have.

Overall, I thought this was a pretty solid slots machine but I doubt that I'll be coming back for repeat plays. The designers just didn't offer anything that got me really excited to be playing this machine. I really liked the way the wild symbol was done but this can only take you so far. I would suggest a drastic overhall of the bonus game being offered.
