Fruit Fight $0.50 Slots

Fruit Fight $0.50 Slots is a very complex three reel slots machine. I was a little intimidated and overwhelmed the first time I tried to play this machine because there are a ton of different features offered on it. There is a long learning curve required by this machine that may seem a bit cumbersome at first but that does pay off in the long run do to the potential for this machine to provide an exciting gaming experience. The first thing I noticed about this machine is that there wasn't a whole lot of variety offered with the symbols. This is usually a pretty bi problem for a three reel machine because it lead to a game that gets very boring and monotonous quickly but I thought this machine worked through this because it offered so many other features. The betting options, as implied in the name, were very limited on this machine. The only bet that a player could make was fifty cents and if this didn't work for you then this wasn't really an option to play. The sound effects were decent on this machine but I didn't really think they affected the game play in any significant way. The graphics were good on this machine in the sense that I never ran into any type of glitch or additional loading screen that would have slowed the game play down.

Fruit Fight $0.50 Slots Bonus Features

There were a lot of little bonus features offered on this machine that added up to provide a constant level of excitement. The first of these bonus features were the nudge and hold capabilities. These features were activated at random at the conclusion of non winning spins. The nudge feature allowed players to move a single reel down a notch up to four times in an attempt to create a winning combination. The hold feature allowed players to keep on or more reels in place while the remaining reels were spun. These features were effective because I provided a second chance on losing spins to at least come away with something. Another feature offered on this machine was the hi/low game. This feature was activated whenever a winning spin was obtained. Basically, players had to guess whether the next number presented on the screen was going to be higher or lower than the one currently present on the screen. If they guessed correctly they moved up a notch on the prize ladder. If you guessed incorrectly all winnings up until that point were forfeited. The prize ladder was a meter to the right of the screen that was filled by winning hi/lo games. The higher up the meter you went the large the prizes were. During regular play you could press the collect button at any time to collect the prize amount designated. During the feature board portion of the game you could press exchange to play the side game stated on the prize latter to come away with some possibly very large prizes.

Fruit Fight $0.50 Slots Scatter Symbol And Bonus Games

The scatter symbol on Fruit Fight $0.50 Slots was used solely to activate the bonus game. The symbol itself was a little icon that said "KO" that was added to the upper right hand corner of randomly assigned symbols. The super KO feature board was activated whenever three scatter icons appeared anywhere on the screen together or when a player won a hi/lo game and clicked on the exchange button. The super heavyweight feature board was activated whenever three scatter icons appeared on the pay line or when three super heavyweight symbols were obtained on the super KO feature board. During this bonus game players clicked the start button to progress around the screen. At each stop players could either chose to collect the prize awarded, go again, or play the prize ladder side game. Both games were essentially the same only that the super heavyweight feature board offered larger, better prizes. I really liked this bonus game because I thought that it was really easy to obtain, which gave it a lot of impact on the game, and if played correctly could lead to some very large prizes.

Overall, I thought this was a very solid slots machine that you simply had to play a little bit before you could fully understand all of its little intricacies. The game provided constant excitement and there was never a point in the game in which you weren't making choices as to what to do to obtain the largest prize possible. This game probably isn't for me though because I can't resist not risking my prize for even larger ones.
