Diamond Cave Slots is a pretty solid slots machine that I did enjoy playing. Not all of the features added on the this machine were executed with perfection but the designers did do enough good things to still provide for a fun play. I think the first thing that most players are going to notice about this machine is the fact that there are a ton of symbols. This was actually a good thing once you got used to all the values but in the meantime it served to slow down the game play thusly making the machine less engaging. It's ok to add a lot of symbols but you have to be sure to add some sort of system to keep things organized and less confusing. The betting options were above average on this machine. The fact that you could bet on up to twenty different pay lines on any given spin really improved the overall winning percentages and made the game more fun. You just have to be careful though because often times you aren't even winning your initial bet back. The betting range was also very healthy and the reels could be spun for as little as a penny or for as much as 100 dollars. This should satisfy players of bank rolls large and small.

The wild symbol on Diamond Cave Slots was a picture of, you guessed it, a cave. This symbol appeared on every reel and was used to substitute for any symbols in the game other the scatter symbol. This symbol was also used as part of the combination that awarded the bonus game. I really wasn't overly impressed by this wild symbol. It did serve to increase the winning percentages by appearing on every reel but I thought that without another defining feature it just wasn't that big of an impact on the game.

A picture of a diamond serves as the scatter symbol on Diamond Mind Caves. This symbol appears on every reel and was used to award a prize whenever two or more appeared anywhere on the screen together. It was also used as an element in activating the bonus game. This symbol, for me, felt no different than any other symbol in the game other than for its participation in the bonus game. I think that a scatter symbol really requires a few extra details before it actually has a considerable impact on a game.

The firs thing that stood out to me about the bonus game were the graphics. They were really well done and are some of the nicest I have seen on a slot machine in a good while. The bonus game was activated whenever a wild symbol appeared on reel one and a scatter symbol appeared on reel five. During the bonus game players had to choose between three jugs at separate intervals along a cave path. Each jug revealed a prize and the computer randomly awarded anywhere between three and five separate picks. I thought that this was a pretty fun bonus game and it actually led to some pretty large prizes. My only problem was that it was a lot harder to obtain than it initially seems like it would be.

Overall, I thought this was a decent slots machine but nothing all that special. The game really would have benefited if they designers would have organized the symbols better and added more details to the bonus symbols. Despite this I thought it was still a pretty fun game and this was mainly because of the bonus game which I really enjoyed.
