Match Day Slots is what I like to call a cookie cutter slots. The designers really failed to step outside of the box on this machine and all the bonus features and special symbols they decided to included felt very generic to me. The first thing I noticed about this machine though was one of the bright spots, the betting options. The betting range was huge and if nothing else this machine will be accessible to everyone as players can spin the reels for as little as a penny or for as much as 250 dollars. There were also 25 different pay lines which really served to increase the overall winning percentages that essentially assured constant winning action. The visual graphics offered on this machine were nothing special but I did appreciate the fact that I never ran into any type of glitch in the game play or additional loading screens once things were underway which really helped things run a lot smoother.

Match Day Slots Wild Symbol

The wild symbol offered on Match Day Slots was a picture of a man doing a bicycle kick with the word "wild" beneath him. This symbol appeared one very reel and could be used to substitute for any symbol in the game other than the scatter and bonus symbols. I really wasn't too crazy about this symbol as I felt I really needed some other feature added to it to really make it stand out and to have a big impact on the overall gaming experience.

Match Day Slots Scatter Symbol And Bonus Feature

A picture of a trophy with a ribbon that said "scatter" on it served as the scatter symbol on Match Day Slots. This symbol appeared on every reel and its only purpose was to activate a free spin bonus feature. Whenever three or more scatter symbols appeared anywhere on the screen at the same time five free spins were awarded, if four appeared then ten free spins were awarded, and if five appeared then 25 free spins were awarded. I was a little disappointed with this feature. I thought the five free spins was pretty easily obtained but I really didn't see why the kept the number so low as I have seen it much higher on similar machines before.

Match Day Slots Bonus Game

The bonus game offered on match Day Slots was activated whenever you obtained a thousand bonus points. You were awarded bonus points every time a bonus symbol appeared on the screen and this was directly related to the total amount of you bet. If you bet 150 you got 150 bonus points. When the bonus game was activated you were taken to a different screen where you had to try and score goals on a goalie. You were given five shots and the more shots you made the more money you received. I though this was a pretty easy bonus game and I really liked the fact that this game was very easy to obtain. With the other features lacking this bonus game really needed to have a big impact and it did.

Overall, I thought this was a decent slots machine but definitely not anything special. I just thought the features included on this machine were very stale and played out. It wouldn't have been so bad if they would have at least executed these features better but they didn't. I wouldn't really recommend this machine to anyone as I definitely think there are better machines out there on which you can spend you time and money.
