Bonus Madness Slots is, well, a game with a lot of various bonus features and special symbols. I thought the designers did a very nice job of making the machine live up to its lofty name. There were a lot of different things going on with this machine and though none of the features that were included were all that original I thought that the designers did try to add their own little tweaks and they worked for the most part. The first thing I noticed about this slots machine were the above average betting options. The betting range was more than adequate as the reels could be spun for as little as a nickel or for as much as 81 dollars. I can't imagine that this betting range will make this machine inaccessible to very many players. There were only nine pay lines offered on this machine which is usually a problem because it drags down the winning percentages too much but I thought it worked on this machine for some reason. I felt like I definitely won on more spins than I loss so the winning percentages were right where they needed to be. The symbols were kind of a disappointment. I just thought they were very generic and really didn't try to relate to any kind of theme. They were mostly pieces of fruit and other random symbols. This served to make the game less engaging, and in my opinion, less exciting.

The wild symbol offered on Bonus Madness Slots was a picture of a crazy dude with his tongue sticking out and green hair that said "wild" underneath it. This symbol appeared on every reel and could be used to substitute for any symbol other than the scatter symbol and the various bonus symbols. The best part about this symbol though was that it was also a prize multiplier. Whenever a wild symbol was used as part of a winning combination the prize awarded was automatically doubled. This really gave players incentive to root for and to get excited about this symbol. I also thought it was one of the reason why the winning percentages remained high despite there only being nine pay lines because it really appeared on the screen a lot.

The scatter symbol offered on this machine was kind of disappointing but it wasn't too big of a deal because there were other features that the designers tried to focus on. The symbol itself was a picture of two money symbols in front of a red background. This symbol appeared on every reel and was used to award a prize whenever two or more appeared anywhere on the screen together at the same time. While I was playing this game I have to admit that I really barely noticed this symbol. It just didn't have anything to really give it a big impact on the game and it kind of got lost in the mix amongst all the other features.

There were two different bonus games offered on this machine and I thought they were incredibly effective in bring a lot of excitement to the machine. The first bonus game was the bonus wheel feature. This feature was activated whenever three or more multi colored wheel symbols appeared on consecutive wheels from left to right. When the game was activated you were taken to a different screen where you had to spin the wheel to win a prize. The more wheel symbols you used to activate the feature the more spins you received. The other bonus game was activated whenever three or more bonus chest symbols appeared on adjacent reels from left to right. When this bonus game was activated you were taken to a different screen where you had to choose to play either the treasure island, the present surprise, or the bank heist bonus games. Each bonus game was essentially the same and you simply chose three of the five available objects to receive randomly awarded prizes. I liked these bonus games because they were kept short and very simple and they usually led to some pretty large prizes.

Overall, I thought this was a very solid slots machine. There were a lot of different things going on with this machine and I thought that was a good thing since it really kept me interested and excited about playing for a long period of time. I liked the fact that they included all of these features without trying to overdo things and making them confusing and cumbersome.
